I get your problem, I just do not understand how it evolved at all... Feixen
Why didnĀ“t you take care of the suspension (and ride height) first, and molded the front and sideskirts afterwards?

Best regards, Bernd Hallo-gruen

I don't know, perhaps I was too busy with everything else and forgot about the frontlip. To be honest, I sill don't know what height is most appropriate. Am hoping that one of you guys might be able to answer my question

I am planning on lowering the car this weekend, I will need to make some modifications in order to fix that wheel gap without setting the front splitter on the ground

Here are a few pics after spraying it with a layer of special paint used to discover and "shave" uneven surfaces. (not sure what it is called in English)

I finally got to spend some time in the garage. I cut all the rubber off the front and back but the different sides behaved differently. In the rear, the right side lowered a lot more and in the front the right side lowered a lot more. I will have to continue tommorrow but this is what I am hoping to achieve on both sides:

I will raise the front to have a 3.5
" clearance, I have lilttle experience with what height works so I will go with what you guys tell me.

Does anyone have any experience as to what clearance I need in order to avoid scraping the tires on the wheel arches/fenders? Is the car drivable in high speeds and curvy roads with an inch wheel gap?

Looks like frontbumper and fenders are fixed togehter with bondo? How will you get the headlights out of its housing without breaking the fixed part of fender to bumper on the outside edge of the headlights?
Is it kind of like a flipfront?

Looks very cool !! Yeeah!
I like the air-outlets on top of the front fenders...

I'm very excited so see the final car. Herz

The front will be separated from the side fenders soon, this is just to speed up the manufacturing process.

I am mist worried about the wheel gap in the front right now, how low can it be without scraping when cornering? STD Z06 wheels and Z06 fenderwidth, stock "springs"

give it some more camber or smaller tyres

Front and side skirts are raised, splitter is detachable. In my opinion the front looks better but the side-skirts would have looked better the way they were.
