Do you have third lock at front of the top? These tops usually are leaking because lack of center lock, but you might have solution for that!

Yes I installed a third latch after getting wet for 41 years. It stops the rain completely. GM put a third latch in 1968 but could not or would not spend to money to do it in mid 60.s cars.

It pulls down center bow that raises at speed to let in rain. It is a $ 7 part. I will do a post if you want details on install.
