ls3 crate motors and emission (abgastest)

hello from croatia...
I will need to choose ls3 motor fro my bmw m3 e36 project. this motor come in 3 different version. standard 430hp version, ls376/480 and ls376/525hp version. In croatia we need to pass emission (abgastest) test with this parameters: lambda 0.97-1.03 and CO max 0.3%.
Anyone have experience with this motors and emission test?

No true drift but fast street driving. I am tired from bmw "high Technologies" which is very expensive. Vanos problems, valve adjustments, low torque, high price for aftermarket engine parts, high gas consumption in relation to power...
LSx engines in e36 is ideal combination. Even have lower gas consumption under same driving condition. I want to build car like this:

I have done a few of those BMW conversions on E30 and E46. There good kits out there and with stock cats an LS3 can be put through emissions testing rather easily

is this cars drive on street, street legal? I ask because we have here in croatia CVH institution which need to inspect vehicle. problems is with parts which is not original, like motor and tranny mounts. if you build some street legal lsx bmw this will be help for me and I can show this examples to CVH.
Please, write me some engine examples and prices. GM crate engines have very good prices. my goal is 450whp.
