Bin auf dem Thema auch schon etwas eingerostet, aber nein, es sollte keine Probleme geben.

Normalerweise erkennt das BCM das der richtige Schlüssel im Zündschloss steckt.

Danach kommt vom BCM ein ganz genau definiertes Signal zum ECM das es den Motor starten darf, bzw. die Einspritzdüsen ansteuern darf.

Das ist also eigentlich nur eine Sache zwischen Schlüssel, Zündschloss und BCM.
Das ECM ist also eigentlich nur Empfänger.

Dazu das FSM von 1991:

If the Key Pellet is the proper resistance, terminal "F4" of the CCM, green connector, grounds the Starter Enable Relay 
to energize it and allow the engine cranking.

Also, a signal is sent to the Electronic Control Module (ECM) to allow fuel injector pulses to begin.
If the Key Resistor Pellet is the wrong value, there will be no outputs from the CCM to the Starter Enable Relay or the ECM.
This state will last for approximately 3 minutes, even if a proper key is inserted.


Warte aber sicherheitshalber noch eine weitere Meinung ab. Bin mir aber sehr sicher das es so läuft.
